3. You are not bound by any agreement that prohibits You or Us from performing the requested service.

You agree that we are not responsible for:

1. the loss of any information stored on the Equipment
2. the loss of any functionality of the Equipment, such as internet use or text messaging capabilities
3. any other damage to the Equipment that We may cause in the performance of the requested service
4. any effect that the performance of the requested service may have on the Equipment’s warranty

We will not accept any returns and We will not provide any refunds. You agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Us from any liability We may incur in the event any of the information You have provided to Us is false or incorrect.
